Who am I?
As a second-generation Bengali immigrant who grew up in the north of England, my childhood was a fusion of vibrant Indian heritage and the quirky charms of an industrial English town. Although, I've lived in London now for a very long time, I'm particularly proud that I've never lost my northern twang!

Since coming here I've completed a Psychology degree at the University of London and after working in another field for a while, I circled back round to this passion to become a therapist.

I'm now specialising in tailored therapy that has a focus on culture and background.
Why? Because I've personally experienced the pressures and challenges that come with navigating life through the lens of both an Eastern and Western culture – often with very little support.
I now want to play my small part in helping to change the therapeutic landscape for those who experience struggles in this area.
