Service and fees

I offer one-to-one sessions either online or face-to-face with individuals.  Session frequency and treatment length will vary based on your goals, which we can discuss in our first phone call. Please take a look at the frequently asked questions (FAQs) below for more information.

Initial phone consultation

20-30 minute


Face-to-face session

50 minutes


Online session (via Teams)

50 minutes



How often are sessions?

Generally, sessions are once a week. However, they can be fortnightly depending on availability and commitments. I would recommend not going any lower so it gives us a chance to develop a rapport which is an essential part of the work.

What if I need to cancel a session?

If cancellations are made within 48 hours of our session, you'll be charged the full fee. In circumstances where you need to cancel or reschedule you can contact me via email or phone. I will respond as soon as possible within working hours.

How many sessions do I need?

This very much depends on individual circumstances. I would recommend starting with 12 sessions. This will allow you to gain an understanding of whether or not this is right for you. Some people prefer working with a set number of sessions while others like to go week by week. This is ultimately up to you.

Can I bring children along?

Unfortunately, children can't be brought along to sessions. This is so that we can engage fully and you can discuss any topic freely.

When are fees paid?

Fees are paid by bank transfer in advance of the sessions. More information on payments can be given in the initial consultation.
